Heritage Park development announces first restaurant tenants in Gilbert

Heritage Park, a 10-acre mixed-use development located at Gilbert Road and Juniper Avenue in Gilbert’s Heritage District, has announced its first five restaurant tenants. The development, managed by Creation, is expected to begin openings in the second quarter of 2027.

The new lineup includes Popup Bagels, which will open its first Arizona location, and La La Land Kind Cafe, marking its first East Valley outpost. Other confirmed tenants are Hudson House, an elevated neighborhood eatery inspired by New York’s West Village, and the Portland-based ice cream brand Salt & Straw.

These new additions replace previously planned spots, including Ghost Donkey, Palma, and Blue Sushi Sake Grill. Alex Bez, COO of Creation, stated that the new lineup aims to introduce concepts previously unseen in the East Valley.
