Hermosillo implements road repairs and cleaning programs

The municipal government of Hermosillo, led by Mayor Antonio Astiazarán, has launched several urban maintenance initiatives. The General Directorate of Infrastructure Development (DGDI) is conducting permanent pothole repair work across various urban sectors, including Villa Bonita, El Malecón, Villa de Seris, and Los Naranjos.

Simultaneously, a temporary employment program is coordinating with Municipal Public Services to perform street cleaning, weed removal, and maintenance of public spaces. These efforts target cemeteries, medians, and major boulevards such as Gómez Farías and Antonio Quiroga. The program aims to improve the city's urban image while providing income opportunities for participating families.
