Hermosillo janitor reported missing found safe and sound

José Almada “N”, a 47-year-old elementary school janitor reported missing in Hermosillo, Sonora, has been located safe and sound. The discovery was made around 10:42 a.m. this Sunday in the vicinity of the Dunas neighborhood.

Following his localization, the Ministerial Criminal Investigation Agency (AMIC) and the Vice-Prosecutor's Office for Human Rights and Search for Missing Persons conducted an interview. Almada “N” stated that his absence since October 2 was voluntary, explaining that he decided to walk without a specific destination to clear his mind due to personal situations. Authorities confirmed he was not a victim of any crime and was in good physical health.
