An Hermès luxury boutique located on Place Grangier in Dijon, France, was targeted in a ram-raid attack during the early hours of Friday, October 30, 2026. At approximately 4:30 a.m., three suspects used a vehicle to crash into the storefront.
Police, including anti-crime and canine units, responded to the alarm and local calls, apprehending the three suspects in flagrante delicto. The suspects, who are reportedly not from the Dijon area, were taken into custody. One individual sustained injuries during the incident.
While the suspects managed to steal several scarves, the store manager noted that the high-security windows prevented a total breach of the storefront. The investigation has been handed over to the Specialized and Organized Crime Division (DCOS).
