Hermès unveils Spring/Summer 2027 collection in Paris

Hermès creative director Nadège Vanhée presented the Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear collection at Paris Fashion Week, held at the Garde Républicaine. The collection centered on the concept of lightness and air, designed to respond to rising global temperatures through breathable and modular silhouettes.

Key elements included ultra-fine calfskin, silk pongee, and open-knit fabrics. Vanhée utilized zippers to allow for adjustable lengths and proportions, transforming garments like skirts and parkas. The collection featured a mix of sheer dresses, tailored coats, and technical outerwear, often incorporating leather strips embroidered onto mesh to create a lattice-like effect.

The color palette transitioned from soft creams, whites, and pastel blues to warmer tones, including sunflower yellow, terracotta, and the brand’s signature orange. Accessories emphasized the house’s heritage, featuring various belt styles, silk scarves, and minimalist leather sandals and boots.
