Deportivo Saprissa defeated Liga Deportiva Alajuelense 2-0 in the 367th Clásico Nacional at the Alejandro Morera Soto stadium, marking Saprissa's first victory at that venue since April 2023.

Orlando Sinclair opened the scoring in the 46th minute, followed by a second goal from Sebastián Acuña in the 52nd minute after a mistake by Alajuelense goalkeeper Washington Ortega.
