Hero MotoCorp Mavrick 440 spotted with upgraded hardware

Hero MotoCorp appears to be preparing a relaunch of the Mavrick 440 in India with upgraded premium specifications. Recent sightings of a motorcycle featuring Mavrick 440 branding on the fuel tank suggest an India-specific model is in development, distinguishing it from the Hunk 440 variant intended for international export.

The updated version features several hardware enhancements, most notably gold-finished telescopic upside-down (USD) front forks and a portrait-style color TFT instrument cluster. The new digital dash is expected to offer smartphone connectivity, including turn-by-turn navigation and call/SMS notifications, similar to the display used on the Harley-Davidson X440.

While the hardware upgrades are significant, the core mechanical components are expected to remain unchanged. The motorcycle will likely retain its 440cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine producing 27.36 bhp and 36 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox and an assist and slipper clutch.
