Hero Seguros normalizes travel insurance operations in Brazil

Hero Seguros has normalized its travel insurance operations across Brazil following regulatory adjustments made in coordination with the Superintendência de Seguros Privados (Susep). The company reported that it successfully adapted its insurance representation contract and remuneration criteria to align with Susep guidelines within 48 hours.

The adjustments specifically address the partnership structure with Ezze Seguros. Hero Seguros confirmed that its operational processes remain unchanged, with over 5,000 partner travel agencies and brokers able to continue issuing policies through existing systems. Current policyholders remain fully covered without interruption.
