Herten police investigate fatal collision involving 17-year-old cyclist

A 17-year-old cyclist died following a collision with a vehicle in Herten, Germany, on Monday evening. A 24-year-old driver from Marl, operating a Toyota Aygo, was unable to stop in time and ran over the cyclist. The victim succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
