Hertha BSC maintains perfect 2. Bundesliga start with seven wins

Hertha BSC has maintained a perfect start to the 2. Bundesliga season, securing their seventh consecutive victory with a 2-1 win against Greuther Fürth. The victory at the Olympiastadion brings the club to 21 points, establishing a four-point lead at the top of the table.

Despite the winning streak, Hertha coach Stefan Leitl has called for increased intensity and work rate from his squad. Ahead of an upcoming match against Holstein Kiel, Leitl emphasized the need for better sprinting volume, defensive toughness, and consistency in executing their tactical plan, noting that the narrow win against Fürth was not entirely convincing in terms of performance.
