A previous court ruling in September 2025 had ordered Hertha to pay Bobic 3.35 million euros gross, primarily due to contractual severance claims, excluding interest and legal costs. Previous attempts to reach a settlement, including a court-proposed 3.2 million euro offer in May of last year, had failed.
