Hertzska villan in Helsingborg listed for 19.5 million SEK

The historic Hertzska villan, a 631-square-meter property dating back to 1852, is currently listed for sale in Helsingborg, Sweden. Located in Vikingsbergsparken, the Q-marked villa is considered the oldest in Tågaborg.

The property is being offered with a starting price of 19,500,000 SEK. For the past year, the villa has housed the shop and summer cafe Linnea. The current owners, Carolina Eliasson and her family, have resided in one part of the building while operating the business in the other since 2020.

Eliasson stated that while the family loves the house, separating private life from work has become difficult. The owners are not in a rush to sell and intend to purchase a new home only after a sale is finalized. Broker Peter Imméll noted that potential buyers could include entrepreneurs looking for central premises or individuals interested in operating a cafe or event space.
