Hervé Vilard announces tour to celebrate 60 years of career

French singer Hervé Vilard is embarking on a new tour to celebrate 60 years of his musical career. The 80-year-old artist will perform in France, Belgium, and several Latin American countries, including Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, and Peru.

Vilard, known for romantic melodies and hits such as ‘Capri, c'est fini’, has recently recorded three new songs in preparation for a forthcoming album. He is scheduled to perform at the Salle Pleyel in Paris on October 25.

His career began in the 1960s, gaining significant popularity in Latin America where he earned the nickname ‘diablito de Paris’. His rise to fame was supported by mentor Daniel Cordier, and he has since sold over three million copies worldwide.
