Herzegovina‑Neretva Canton and Zadarska County Launch Subsidized Credit Programs
The government of Bosnia‑Herzegovina’s Herzegovina‑Neretva Canton will subsidize interest and processing fees on nine credit lines for businesses, including long‑term financing for fixed assets, agriculture, employment, energy efficiency, micro‑enterprises and tourism. Up to 800,000 KM will be allocated for interest subsidies, with a total credit pool exceeding 14 million KM.
In Croatia’s Zadar County, the “Tu sam rođen” housing‑credit program has approved 12 of 15 applications, granting subsidized mortgages to twelve families for up to 60 months. The initiative aims to help young families purchase or build homes and retain residents in the region.
