Hessen hosts dialogue on women in the digital society

The #DIGITALESHESSEN dialogue series is hosting its fifth session to address the role of women in the digital society. The discussion focuses on how the pandemic has accelerated digital transformation and the resulting challenges regarding gender equality in the digital economy.

Currently, women represent only 16.5 percent of IT specialists and 14 percent of all founders. The event aims to explore how to close the digital gender gap, promote STEM careers for women, and utilize digital platforms to improve the balance between family and professional life.
