Hexaware Technologies announces Q2 FY2026 revenue of $405.4 million, a 6% YoY rise
Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) reported revenue of USD 405.4 million for the second quarter of calendar year 2026, a 6.1% increase year‑over‑year and a 4.4% rise quarter‑over‑quarter. The company’s EBIT margin improved to 13.6%, up 68 basis points from the prior quarter, while profit after tax fell 5.3% to USD 34.9 million.
Headcount reached 34,506 employees, with a net addition of 708 staff in the quarter and 179 new hires in the IT segment. Voluntary attrition in IT was 11.2% and utilization stood at 84.8%. Cash and cash equivalents amounted to USD 175 million as of June 30, 2026.
Leadership highlighted rapid AI‑lab innovations, launching a new AI offering each month, and marked the first quarter after the ERP go‑live as a major transformation milestone. CEO R.
