Hexnode and Ingram Micro Form Distribution Deal to Expand Endpoint Security in Indonesia

Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo, announced a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, appointing the latter as an authorized distributor for its unified endpoint management (UEM) platform in Indonesia. The partnership aims to strengthen Hexnode’s presence in Southeast Asia and broaden Ingram Micro’s portfolio in enterprise endpoint security.

The deal comes amid a sharp rise in cyber incidents in Indonesia, with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency reporting 5.5 billion incidents in 2025—a 714 % increase over the previous four‑year average—and an additional 1.52 billion incidents in early 2026. By leveraging Ingram Micro’s network of resellers, system integrators and managed service providers, the collaboration seeks to help Indonesian organizations simplify device management, improve security, and comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). “At Ingram Micro, our role as a distributor goes beyond making technology available…we build the local capabilities that enable our partners to successfully position, deploy, and support solutions for their customers,” said Mulia Dewi Karnadi, President Director of Ingram Micro.
