Hey Palu to debut at Glasgow Cocktail Week closing party

Edinburgh-based cocktail bar Hey Palu will make its Glasgow debut at the closing party of Glasgow Cocktail Week on Sunday, 4 October. The event will be held at the rooftop venue SiSi, located on the top floor of The Social Hub.

Hey Palu, founded in 2019 by Alex and Rachel Bailey Palumbo, has been recognized as one of the UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars for 2026. For the festival finale, the bar has collaborated with SiSi’s head bartender to offer a specialized menu of eight cocktails.

Hey Palu will serve four drinks, including a Yuzu Margarita, a Cherry Rosita, a Tequila Martini, and an Orchard Spritz. SiSi will also present four creations: Ya Like Jazz?, BC Boogie, Rum Pum Pum Pum Plum, and Basil Crush. The event is scheduled to run from 7 pm until close, with wristband holders receiving a £2 discount on cocktails.
