Hey! Say! JUMP to release new single and music video

The Japanese group Hey! Say! JUMP has announced the pre-release of their new song, ‘Saikaiai Lie Kitai Shite Cry’, on October 24. The track is part of their upcoming album, ‘Juliet’, which is scheduled for release on November 11.

The song serves as the insert theme for the TV Asahi drama ‘Hadakanboutachi’, which features group member Yuya Takaki. The track is described as a blend of City Pop and J-pop, combining traditional melodies with sophisticated rhythms and dance. Takaki reportedly contributed creative ideas to the song, including elements such as the second-chorus piano, rap, and a breath break before the final chorus.

A music video based on the concept of ‘ambiguous memories and noise’ will also be released on October 24 at 9:00 PM. The music video and its making-of footage will be included as bonus content in the first limited edition of the ‘Juliet’ album.
