Hezbollah holds martyr commemoration ceremony in Nabatieh

Hezbollah held a commemorative event in Nabatieh to honor the martyrs of the ‘Storm of Eating’ battle. The ceremony was attended by several figures, including Member of Parliament Ali Fayyad, representing the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, and local officials.

During his speech, Fayyad emphasized the city of Nabatieh’s commitment to the path of resistance and the liberation of land. He stated that the current stage requires clear choices centered on steadfastness and defending sovereignty, freedom, and the nation. He also called for a state that supports its people, provides shelter for the displaced, and aids in the reconstruction of destroyed villages.

Fayyad criticized what he described as a comprehensive war and a destructive campaign conducted by Israel, alleging it is supported by American backing and regional cover, alongside internal complicity.
