Hicham Boudaoui nears transfer from OGC Nice to Al-Ittihad

Algerian international midfielder Hicham Boudaoui is nearing a transfer from OGC Nice to the Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad. Negotiations between the two clubs are reportedly in an advanced stage, with a final agreement expected in the coming days.

Boudaoui, 26, has spent seven seasons with the French club after joining from Paradou AC in 2019. He has become a key figure in the Nice midfield, but the move to the Gulf aligns with the player's desire to move and provides a financial benefit to OGC Nice.

If the transfer is completed, Boudaoui will join fellow Algerian international Houssem Aouar at Al-Ittihad in Jeddah. The player has been training away from the professional group at Nice's training center as the deal progresses.
