Hidaka-ya yakitori‑fusion shop opens in Gunma; B7 upscale yakitori set for Nagoya

The Japanese chain Hidaka-ya announced the opening of a new yakitori‑fusion restaurant in Isezaki, Gunma Prefecture. The venue, called “Yakitōri Hidaka Complex,” will open on July 14 2026 at 11:00, operating Monday‑Saturday 11:00‑24:00 and Sunday‑holiday 11:00‑23:00 with 52 seats. In addition to its regular yakitori and drink menu, the store will offer Hidaka‑yard‑only items such as rosu‑katsu don, rosu‑katsu set, karaage set and meat‑juice udon.

Separately, the high‑end yakitori brand “B7” is slated to launch in the Imaike district of Nagoya in August 2026. Targeting business executives and special‑occasion diners, the restaurant will charge over ¥10,000 per person and occupy the former site of “Charcoal‑Grilled Beef Mu.” The concept is part of Mab Co.’s “B Series” franchise, which provides full operational support to reduce the typical 70 % three‑year closure rate in Japan’s restaurant sector.
