Hidalgo authorities shut down two drug sales sites in Actopan

The Secretariat of Public Security of Hidalgo (SSPH) carried out two search‑warrant operations in the municipality of Actopan, targeting properties in the Pozo Grande and Centro Norte neighborhoods that were allegedly used to store and distribute narcotics. The raids were coordinated with the National Defense Secretariat, the National Guard and the State Attorney General's Office.

Three men were detained, one with a prior criminal record, and authorities seized two sedans, four unregistered motorcycles, 433 doses of marijuana, 183 doses of a synthetic drug known locally as “cristal”, a weighing scale and cash. All seized items and detainees were turned over to the public ministry for further investigation.
