HIFE expands bus services to Cuenca with new Barcelona connection

The transport company HIFE is expanding its operations to Cuenca, starting October 11. This expansion introduces new regular bus services connecting the province with various regions in eastern and northeastern Spain.

A primary new route will link Cuenca and Barcelona, covering approximately 591 kilometers. The service includes stops in Cañete, Teruel, Segorbe, Castellón de la Plana, Torreblanca, and Tarragona. The schedule features year-round departures, with trips toward Barcelona on Thursdays and Sundays, and toward Cuenca on Mondays and Fridays.

In addition to the Barcelona connection, HIFE will operate two different routes between Cuenca and Socuéllamos. CEO José María Chavarría stated that the company aims to provide a reliable and useful service to travelers in this new territory.
