Higashihiroshima and Kazuno host various cultural events in September 2026

Various cultural and community events are scheduled across Higashihiroshima and Kazuno in September 2026.

In Higashihiroshima, activities include the Horiguchi Yukio Stage Art Exhibition, a series of collection exhibitions, and a mystery-solving game titled ‘Magic to Create the Universe’. Musical performances such as the opera ‘La Bohème’ and various concerts are also planned, alongside community lectures and local festivals.

In Kazuno, the Hōtai 100th Anniversary Cultural Project will feature a performance by the Hirosaki Bach Ensemble on September 12. Other notable events include the Oyu Stone Circle Jomon Festival Week from September 19 to 23, featuring Jomon-era experiences and special lectures. Additionally, the Kazuno City Hanawa Junior High School brass band will hold a regular concert on September 20, and the 48th Kazuno City Traffic Safety Citizen Convention is set for September 25.
