Higashihiroshima suspect indicted for additional fraud charges
Kanta Kuramoto, 29, has been newly indicted on three counts of fraud in connection with a series of violent crimes in Higashihiroshima. This latest indictment follows a series of investigations into his involvement in multiple offenses, including the murder of a 49-year-old renovation company president in February.
Kuramoto is the alleged mastermind behind the murder of the company president and is also charged with arson. Additionally, he faces charges of robbery and murder for allegedly burying an accomplice alive in Mihara City.
The Hiroshima District Public Prosecutors Office recently indicted him for the three fraud cases, completing the legal processing for all ten incidents previously referred to them by the prefectural police, which involved the alleged embezzlement and theft of approximately 29 million yen.
