Higgsfield secures new investment from TCV and NVIDIA
Higgsfield, an AI-native video and image creation platform, has extended its Series B financing round with new investments from TCV and NVIDIA. This extension follows a Series B round led by DST Global in August 2026. Other participants include Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures, and Valor Capital.
The San Francisco-headquartered company reported surpassing $1 billion in annualized revenue in September 2026. Higgsfield currently serves over 40 million users across 238 countries, with the United States being its largest single market and Europe its largest region by usage. The company’s enterprise segment is experiencing rapid growth, with revenue under contract from business customers increasing tenfold since June.
Higgsfield intends to utilize the new capital to fund product development, global infrastructure expansion, hiring, and go-to-market initiatives. The platform maintains a close technical relationship with NVIDIA, utilizing various GPU architectures and preparing to expand to NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure.
