High Explosives Factory Khadki announces recruitment for 85 workers

The High Explosives Factory (HEF) in Khadki, a unit of Munitions India Limited under the Ministry of Defence, has announced recruitment for 85 tenure-based Chemical Process Worker (CPW) positions.

The contractual roles involve the manufacturing and handling of explosives and hazardous chemicals. The engagement is initially for one year and may be extended up to a maximum of four years based on performance and factory requirements. Selected candidates will receive a basic monthly pay of ₹19,900 plus Dearness Allowance and other applicable benefits.

Applicants must hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) or specified feeder trades. The maximum age limit is 40 years. The selection process will consist of NAC merit, a trade or practical test, and document verification. Applications must be submitted offline by September 18, 2026.
