High school football and volleyball rankings released for Minnesota and Nebraska

Weekly high school sports rankings have been released for football and volleyball in Minnesota and Nebraska for the 2026 season.

In Minnesota football, Moorhead holds the top spot following a 48-30 victory over Rogers. Shakopee remains ranked second despite a narrow 9-7 win against Eagan, while Champlin Park moved up to third after a 35-0 shutout of St. Michael-Albertville.

In Nebraska football, Omaha Westside leads Class A with a 2-0 record, followed by Millard South. In Class B, Waverly maintains the top position.

Nebraska high school volleyball rankings for the 2026 season show Papillion-La Vista South at the top of Class A, while Norris leads Class B. Centura holds the number one spot in Class C-2, and Central Valley leads Class D-1.
