High School Foreign Language Exams Begin in Kuwait and Egypt

Blind students in Kuwait started the second foreign language exam of the 2026 high‑school graduation series on Thursday, June 25, under heightened security measures. The two‑hour test ran from 09:00 to 11:30 according to the Ministry of Education’s schedule for visually impaired candidates.

In Egypt’s Red Sea governorate, high‑school pupils in Hurghada sat the same second foreign language exam on Tuesday, June 23. Exam officials reported orderly conditions, strict anti‑cheating checks and continuous monitoring by the regional education directorate. Students said the paper matched their average level and the allotted time was sufficient.
