Several high school baseball pitchers have officially submitted their intent to pursue professional careers ahead of the October 22 NPB Draft.

A pitcher who has competed at Koshien for three consecutive seasons, Kinoshita recently recorded a personal best speed of 147 km/h during his final summer tournament, including a complete-game victory in his opening match.
