The Greek meteorological service predicts mostly sunny skies on the morning of 5 June 2026, with cloud cover increasing by midday. Localised rain and occasional thunderstorms are expected in several regions, including the eastern mainland, the Sporades, and mountainous areas.
Temperatures will reach 26‑30 °C in most of the country, climbing to 31‑33 °C in parts of Thessaly and the Central Macedonia region. Coastal locations such as the Cyclades and Crete will see slightly lower maximums of 27‑28 °C. Winds will generally be light to moderate, ranging from 3 to 6 Beaufort, with occasional gusts in the northwest and southeast. Fog is forecast for the western and northern mainland in the early hours, reducing visibility.
