High-value house sales in Lund and Svedala exceed 5 million kronor

In the Svedala suburb, a 95 m² detached house built in 1975 on Kantorsvägen 138 was transferred in July 2026 to Samir Karimi (40) and Rebecca Josefin Strand (31) for 3,260,000 kronor, roughly 33,900 kronor per square metre. The sale follows a recent surge in local prices, with villa values in Svedala municipality up 4.8 % over the past three months and a 2 % annual increase.

In Lund’s Stångby district, a 140 m² townhouse from 2009 on Haraldsfältsvägen 24 was bought in July 2026 by Hesameddin Hosseini Tavasol (35) and Reyhaneh Kazemi (33) for 5,950,000 kronor, about 50,900 kronor per square metre. Property prices in Lund have risen 7.1 % in the last three months and 6 % over the past year, outpacing the regional average. Both transactions illustrate the upward trend in Swedish suburban real‑estate markets.
