Hilary Duff Discusses Cosmetic Procedures and Generational Legacy During Lucky Me Tour
Actress‑singer Hilary Duff told PEOPLE that she uses a range of non‑invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox, microneedling and facials that use salmon‑sperm, saying she “does all the things.” She noted that her husband, musician Matthew Koma, also tried the salmon‑sperm treatment and became an enthusiast.
Duff also reflected on her impact on a generation, calling it a “badge of honor” that fans cite her as a key part of their childhoods. She highlighted her early roles—from the 1998 film *Casper Meets Wendy* to the Disney Channel series *Lizzie McGuire*—and her music career that produced hits such as “Metamorphosis” and “Come Clean.”
In 2026 she launched the Lucky Me world tour, with sold‑out shows at venues like the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The tour features a mix of classic hits and new material, and for the first time she performed “What Dreams Are Made Of” live. Alongside touring, Duff confirmed brand collaborations with Bath & Body Works and a home‑fragrance line, and mentioned developing a Hulu drama and a docuseries about her music comeback and family life.
