Hillary Clinton discusses Pizzagate and calls for investigations into Trump

During an appearance on the On with Kara Swisher podcast, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed the impact of online misinformation and political smears. She specifically identified the Pizzagate conspiracy theory as a highly effective falsehood that circulated widely on platforms like Facebook. Clinton noted that these false claims, some allegedly funded by Russian interests, influenced voters who believed the misinformation they encountered online.

Clinton also called for investigations into Donald Trump, his administration, his family, and his supporters and allies. She suggested that a Democratic Congress would seek to hold these entities accountable and rein in the president following midterm elections.
