Hilton and Hyatt unveil new cruise and airline loyalty partnerships

Hilton Honors has partnered with luxury cruise line Explora Journeys, allowing members to earn and redeem points on the brand’s itineraries, including the debut of the EXPLORA III ship in July. The agreement adds a 10‑point‑per‑dollar earning rate, a 5 % fare discount, and tier‑specific perks such as welcome cocktail parties, extra journey credits and private port transfers.

Hyatt’s Globalist program now offers a fast‑track to elite status through a partnership with Air Canada. Members can achieve Globalist status in just 20 nights instead of the usual 60, and points can be transferred between World of Hyatt and Aeroplan at a 2:1 ratio. The deal also provides reciprocal elite benefits and enhanced earnings for Aeroplan cardholders on Hyatt stays.
