Hilton appoints Kolin Pound as President for Caribbean and Latin America

Hilton has appointed Kolin Pound as the new President for the Caribbean and Latin America. The appointment, which took effect on August 24, 2026, tasks Pound with leading regional operations, strengthening business results, and supporting the brand's continued expansion.

Pound joins Hilton from Ares Management, where he served as Managing Director. He brings extensive experience in the hospitality, real estate, and investment sectors across Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States, and Europe. In his new role, he will report to Danny Hughes, President of Hilton Americas.
