Hilton Barbados Resort highlights Bajan rum and culinary history
The Hilton Barbados Resort in Bridgetown is highlighting the island's culinary and rum heritage. Located at Needham’s Point, the resort offers amenities including two white sand beaches, two outdoor pools, and the eforea Spa.
To celebrate the local culture, the resort provides several dining options such as the Lighthouse Terrace Restaurant, The Grille, and the Careenage Rum Stop!, which serves Bajan small plates and rum cocktails.
A featured three-night Bajan Rum Experience package includes a tour of the West Indies Rum Distillery. Established in 1893, the distillery operates the last remaining chamber still, which was restored with the help of retired distiller Henderson “Digger” Skinner. The package also includes a VIP rum tasting featuring four different Bajan rums.
