Hilton expands Greek hotel portfolio to over 70 units

Hilton is significantly expanding its footprint in Greece, surpassing 60 operational hotels and aiming for more than 70 units when including properties currently under development. The expansion focuses on major island resorts, urban centers, and the luxury hospitality segment.

In Mykonos, the group is developing the Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort at Super Paradise through a franchise agreement with Vasileios Lamprou – Xenodocheiakes Epicheiriseis A.E. The 75-room resort is scheduled to open in April 2027 and will feature private pools for 34 of its accommodations. Hilton already maintains a presence in Mykonos through the Semeli Coast Mykonos, Curio Collection by Hilton, and seven Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties.

In Santorini, the Sandblu Santorini has joined the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, marking the first appearance of this luxury brand in Greece. Located in Kamari, the complex offers 66 rooms, suites, and villas, including 29 units with private pools.
