Hilton expands Madrid presence with two new hotel openings
Hilton has expanded its footprint in Madrid with the opening of two distinct hotel properties.
In the Barrio de Salamanca district, the DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Príncipe de Vergara has opened. This 155-room, four-star establishment is a collaborative project between real estate investor Key International and hotel manager Panoram Hotel Management. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, gym, private parking, and 12 meeting rooms. The interior design, created by Daar Arquitectura, incorporates works from young creators in collaboration with the Complutense University of Madrid's Faculty of Fine Arts.
Additionally, Hilton has launched Casa Verbena Madrid, marking the European debut of the Outset Collection by Hilton. Located on Calle de Preciados, this 45-room hotel was developed through a franchise agreement with Arte Hoteles. Designed by Lorenzo Castillo, the property draws inspiration from the Spanish tradition of 'verbena' and local 'costumbrismo' art. Some rooms include terraces with views of the Royal Palace and Madrid's rooftops.
