Hilton Grand Vacations opens two renovated resorts in Tenerife

Hilton Grand Vacations inaugurated two holiday‑apartment complexes in Costa Adeje, Tenerife: the Royal Sunset Beach Club and the Sunset Harbour Club. The properties, formerly part of Diamond Resorts, were renovated and rebranded after Hilton's 2021 acquisition of Diamond Resorts for about €1.2 billion (US$1.4 billion).

The openings mark the first fully branded Hilton Grand Vacations resorts in the Canary Islands and are part of a wider programme to rebrand up to 14 properties across Europe. The Royal Sunset Beach Club offers 126 apartments, a heated outdoor pool, gym and family‑friendly facilities, while Sunset Harbour Club provides 124 apartments, additional pools, a restaurant, bar and playground. Hilton executives Derek De Salvia and Kevin Speidel attended the ribbon‑cutting ceremony alongside Tenerife Vice President of Tourism Lope Afonso and Tourism Tenerife CEO Dimple Melwani, who highlighted the project's role in attracting investment and expanding the island's accommodation options.
