Hilton Honors Adds Luxury Cruise Benefits with Explora Journeys

Hilton Honors has launched a partnership with luxury cruise line Explora Journeys, allowing members to earn and redeem points on cruise bookings. Members earn 10 Hilton Honors base points per US$1 spent on eligible sailings and receive a 5 % discount on fares. The benefits extend across all Explora Journeys itineraries, which include routes in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Central America and parts of the U.S. East Coast.

Elite members receive additional perks: Gold members get a complimentary welcome cocktail party with ship leadership, Diamond members obtain extra Journey Experience Credits, and Diamond Reserve members enjoy a behind‑the‑scenes bridge tour, private port transfers and other exclusive services. Eligible cruises also count toward Hilton Honors elite status.

The collaboration coincides with the debut of Explora Journeys’ third luxury vessel, EXPLORA III, scheduled to launch in July 2026. The ship, owned by the MSC Group, joins the existing EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II fleet and will expand the program’s offerings for members seeking high‑end ocean travel.
