Hilton to debut LXR Hotels & Resorts in Costa Rica

Hilton has announced the signing of Maravé Manuel Antonio, marking the debut of its LXR Hotels & Resorts brand in Costa Rica. The luxury development is situated on a 40-acre beachfront estate near Manuel Antonio, featuring a landscape that transitions from rainforest ridges to the Pacific coast.

Scheduled to open in 2029, the property will offer 173 accommodations, including hotel guestrooms, suites, and branded residences. The project is notable for introducing Latin America’s first LXR Residences, allowing for branded luxury home ownership within the resort.

Amenities are expected to include multiple restaurants and bars, a beach club, a spa, and a fitness center. Hilton executives noted that Costa Rica is a key growth market for the company due to high demand for nature-immersed, high-end travel experiences.
