Hilton to debut Signia Hilton brand on Florida’s Gulf Coast

Hilton has announced that the Naples Grande Beach Resort will join its Signia Hilton portfolio, marking the brand’s first property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The 474-room resort, which includes 50 villas, is currently undergoing a major renovation described as the most significant transformation in its nearly 40-year history.

The redesigned resort is scheduled to debut in January 2027. Planned upgrades include redesigned guest rooms and suites, enhanced dining venues, premium wellness amenities, a luxury spa, and updated social and gathering spaces. The property will also feature multiple pools, tennis facilities, and destination-inspired experiences.

This signing represents the third Signia Hilton property in Florida, joining the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. Reservations for stays beginning January 1, 2027, are now available on Hilton’s website.
