Hilton to open boutique hotel in Milan Central Station

Grandi Stazioni Retail and Pacini Group have announced an 11 million euro investment to develop The Duke Milan, a boutique hotel located within Milan Central Station. Operating under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand, the hotel will occupy 2,546 square meters and feature 44 rooms.

The project marks a milestone as the first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel to be established within a European railway station. The development is part of a broader effort to transform the station from a transit hub into an urban destination offering luxury hospitality, commerce, and services.

Designed by Studio Marco Piva, the hotel will include a gym, meeting rooms, a lobby, a lounge, and dedicated spaces for professional events and networking. The investment is split between Grandi Stazioni Retail (60%) and Pacini Group (40%). Completion is expected in the autumn of 2027.
