Hilton to transfer stock listing from NYSE to Nasdaq
Hilton Worldwide Holdings has announced plans to move its common stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange to Nasdaq. The transfer is scheduled to take effect at market open on November 5, 2026. Shares will continue to trade under the existing ticker symbol ‘HLT’.
Until the transition, Hilton shares will remain on the NYSE through the market close on November 4, 2026. The company stated that no action is required from shareholders and that its capital structure will remain unaffected.
This move follows a period of financial growth for the hospitality leader. In the second quarter of 2026, Hilton reported net income of $482 million on revenue of $3.34 billion. The company noted that the shift to Nasdaq aligns with its growth ambitions and its status as an innovative, fast-growing company.
