Himachal Pradesh BJP appoints new Ex-Servicemen and Sports cell leaders

The Himachal Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced several new appointments to its Ex-Servicemen and Sports cells. These changes aim to strengthen the party’s grassroots organization across the state.

In the Ex-Servicemen Cell, state convener Lieutenant Commander Abhishek Patial appointed several state co-conveners, including Naik Vinod Kumar and Honorary Captain Jitendra Kumar. District-level conveners were also named for Hamirpur, Palampur, Mandi, Dehra, and Shimla. The cell intends to improve coordination with veterans and their families while raising veteran-related issues within the party.

For the Sports Cell, state convener Kuldeep Singh Rana appointed new state co-conveners, including Tej Pratap Chopra and Sheila Kaushal. District appointments were made across various regions, including Kullu, Mahasu, Hamirpur, Palampur, Mandi, Kangra, Una, Kinnaur, Chamba, and Sundernagar. The cell will focus on engaging with athletes and youth to address sporting issues in Himachal Pradesh.
