Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta visits Maharashtra Governor
Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta, accompanied by Lady Governor Bindu Gupta and family, paid a courtesy visit to Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma at Lok Bhavan in Mumbai on Thursday.
The meeting involved discussions regarding the cultural, spiritual, and developmental heritage of both Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. The Governors also exchanged views on their respective constitutional and ceremonial responsibilities.
During the visit, Governor Gupta extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, praising his commitment to national service. Gupta also noted that the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ is being held from September 17 to October 17 to commemorate 25 years of the Prime Minister’s public life.
