Himeji City Board of Education adopts note for all 107 municipal schools

The Himeji City Board of Education has implemented the ‘note pro bulk introduction plan’ across all 107 municipal schools under its jurisdiction, including elementary, junior high, high schools, and special needs schools. This initiative aims to transition all school websites to the note platform by the 2027 fiscal year.

Under this plan, each of the 107 schools will establish its own note account, while 27 municipal kindergartens will share content through the Board of Education’s official account. The goal is to move beyond merely reporting event results and instead use storytelling to convey the learning processes of students and the daily efforts of teachers, focusing on inquiry-based learning, output, and ICT utilization.

Superintendent Tomoko Kubota, a former TBS announcer and editor, initiated the project to address previous issues with school websites, such as poor mobile visibility and cumbersome updates. To support the rollout, Kubota held a training session for school principals to share professional communication techniques. note inc. will provide support through free service offerings and explanatory sessions for schools.
