Television actress Hina Khan has shared details regarding the physical challenges she faced during her first trip to Ladakh, describing the high-altitude region as ‘truly a test of endurance.’

Khan reported experiencing daily nosebleeds caused by the thin, dry air and clot formation in her nasal passages. To assist other travelers, she provided a list of recommended essentials for high-altitude visits, including saline nasal sprays, moisturizers, and pulse oximeters. She also emphasized the importance of proper acclimatization, temperature layering, and consulting physicians regarding medications like Diamox to prevent acute mountain sickness.
